Conference fees are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST (ABN: 59 115 015 953).

Member rates

Member rates are available to attendees employed by an Energy Networks Australia member. If you are unsure of your organisation’s membership status, please visit the Energy Networks Members page.

Group registration rates

Group registration rates are available to groups of 5 or more attendees registering and paying in one transaction from the same organisation. Please ensure the correct registration form is selected on the Registration page  to receive the applicable discount.

Student rates

A verification letter from your institution is required to qualify for the student rate. Final confirmation will be subject to approval.

SOCIAL PROGRAM TICKETS

Welcome Reception
One ticket is included in all Full Registration Fees. Additional tickets can be purchased for $92 per person.

Conference Dinner
One ticket is included in all Full Registration Fees (excluding Student registrations). Additional tickets can be purchased for $175 per person.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be made in the following manner:

I. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.

II.  CHEQUE PAYMENT
Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to “WALDRONSMITH Management – EN2018″ and mail to the Conference Office.

International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques. On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Conference Office.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accommodation

For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the Energy Networks 2018 web pages. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the Energy Networks 2018 Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any direct changes.

Registration Fees

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification: 

On or before Monday 5 March 2018 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before Thursday 5 April 2018 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST 
On or before Friday 4 May 2018 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
After Friday 4 May 2018 No refund available

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. 

No refund will be made after Friday 4 May 2018 however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. 

Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled. Where there is extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Energy Networks 2018 Organising Committee. 

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Tax

All Conference Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Disclaimer

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at Energy Networks 2018 their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of Energy Networks 2018 which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Organisers of Energy Networks 2018. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Conference and Exhibition Office in advance by email.
